Liselotte Schricke

co-principal flute

Originally from Angoulême, Liselotte Schricke began studying flute with Didier Nicolle. Alongside her instrumental training, she joined the Maîtrise de Radio France in 2006, where she received a comprehensive musical education. She continued her studies with Céline Nessi at the Pôle Supérieur Paris-Boulogne, refined her artistry under the tutelage of Frédéric Chatoux, and earned a master’s degree at the Amsterdam Conservatory in Vincent Cortvrint’s class.

In 2016, she was briefly co-principal flute in the Malmö Symfoniorkester before joining the prestigious Academy of the Concertgebouw Orchestra in Amsterdam. She subsequently served as principal flute with the Orchestre de l’Opéra de Zürich until July 2019.

Liselotte Schricke has performed with renowned ensembles including the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, London Symphony Orchestra, Rotterdam Philarmonisch Orkest, Sinfonieorchester Basel, Opéra National de Paris, Orchestre National de Lyon, and Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse. She has performed under the baton of distinguished conductors such as Andris Nelsons, Mariss Jansons, Yannick Nézet-Seguin, Daniele Gatti, Myung-Whun Chung, Herbert Blomstedt, Jaap van Zweden, Valery Gergiev, and Bernard Haitink.

She has been co-principal flute with the Orchestre de Chambre de Paris since September 2020. She holds the prestigious French State Diploma in flute and teaches at the conservatory in Paris’s 12th arrondissement.
