Maxime Briday

Equally passionate about music and science, Maxime Briday first earned an engineering degree from INSA Lyon before devoting himself fully to music.
After studying bassoon and piano at the CRD in Noisiel with Jean-Louis Fiat, he entered the Regional Conservatory of Lyon, in Jean Pignoly’s class. The following year, he went on to study at the CNSMD in Lyon under Carlo Colombo.
In 2017, he became a member of the Orchestre National de Lille as second bassoon. He has performed with prestigious ensembles such as the Münchner Philharmoniker, the Ulster Orchestra, the Opéra National de Lyon, the Orchestre National Bordeaux Aquitaine, the Orchestre National de Montpellier, the Orchestre National d’Auvergne, the Orchestre Philharmonique de Nice, and the Opéra de Toulon.

He has been a member of the Orchestre de Chambre de Paris since 2024.
