Marc Guilloteau

Violin

Born in 2003, Marc Guilloteau began studying the violin at the age of five with his father and Mari Yasuda. In 2010, he entered the conservatory in Boulogne-Billancourt in Cyril Ghestem’s class, and in 2020, he was unanimously admitted to the CNSMD in Paris, where he studied with Olivier Charlier and Pierre Fouchenneret. Over five years, he developed discipline, a deep love of music, and the joy of dedicated practice, earning his bachelor’s degree in 2023 and his master’s degree in 2025.

His remarkable understanding of the instrument, musical sensitivity, and artistic energy have made him a sought-after chamber musician. He has performed at major festivals across France alongside internationally renowned artists and was awarded the Special Prize of the FNAPEC in 2023 for string quartet performance. He also continues to showcase his virtuosity, having already performed several times with orchestra the concertos of Tchaikovsky and Sibelius.

He joined the Orchestre de chambre de Paris in 2025.
